Meet Jo

I’m Jo Scheimberg, a certified menopause and longevity specialist and personal trainer. ​

I’ve been through menopause and the health scares that come with midlife, so I know how tough it can feel. Instead of accepting that aging means slowing down, I took control of my health and now I help women do the same.

The Life U Love is where you’ll find the guidance, accountability, and support to feel strong, energized, and confident again.
