Hello!

I’m Jo Scheimberg, a menopause and longevity coach dedicated to helping women take back their strength, energy, and confidence in midlife. My mission is to show you that this season of life can be one of your most powerful.​​

For years I watched women in their 40s and 50s struggle with changes nobody really prepared them for. Hot flashes, stubborn weight, low energy, disrupted sleep, and all of it layered on top of busy lives with careers, families, and responsibilities. I knew there had to be a better way.

That is why I created The Life U Love. It is a place where women can find guidance, accountability, and coaching designed for this stage of life. My approach blends fitness, nutrition guidance, and menopause-smart coaching to help you build healthy habits that actually last.

My Story

After going through spinal surgery and months of physical therapy, I realized that the usual advice about aging and health wasn’t enough. I didn’t want to accept that pain, fatigue, and chronic issues were just part of getting older. That experience pushed me to dive deeper into science, movement, and what it really takes to feel good in our bodies.

I earned my degree in Biology and built on that with certifications in personal training, nutrition, wellness, menopause, and longevity. More importantly, I’ve lived through the frustration of not feeling like yourself and I know how empowering it is to come out stronger on the other side.

Now I coach women in midlife who want the same thing I wanted — to feel strong, confident, and energized again. My coaching is all about simple, realistic changes that fit your life and actually last. No quick fixes, just support, accountability, and strategies that help you thrive.
