You aren't imagining it: Menopause is a "second puberty," and it has rewritten the manual for your body. The drop in estrogen, progesterone , and testosterone doesn't just cause hot flashes; it changes how your body processes fuel, how you store fat, and how your brain perceives stress.

The Complexity of This Transition

The Insulin Shift:

As estrogen drops, your body becomes less efficient at processing carbohydrates. This is why the "healthy" diet you've followed for years suddenly feels like it is causing weight gain around the middle.

The Muscle Barrier:

Lower hormone levels make it harder for your body to hold onto muscle.

We don't exercise to "burn off" what we eat. We move to build bone density, protect your heat, and boost your mood. My custom plans focus on strength and mobility, delivered through live, 1-on-1 sessions so we can agjust in real-time based on how you're feeling that day.
